How it works

• Join the Program: Simply download the Wish Time Center app from the App Store.
• Sign Up: Register using your information. If you're an existing loyalty customer, log in with your mobile number to access your points.
• Earn Points: With every purchase, you earn points that can be redeemed at Time Center and our partner brands.

Tiers of Rewards

• Charm Tier: Automatically join when you make your first purchase.
• Jewel Tier: Reach this level with more frequent or larger purchases.
• Gem Tier: Attain the peak of our rewards system after fulfilling the purchase limit.
• Every Wish member starts with 1,000 points valid for two weeks, redeemable at any of our destinations. Members in the Jewel and Gem tiers will receive special birthday treats, including additional points!

Important Notes

• Membership points are valid for one year. Points must be claimed within three months from the invoice date.
• Omega watches are excluded from the rewards program.
• During promotions, rules may vary, and points redemption is not allowed on discounted items exceeding 25%.
• Time Center reserves the right to modify program rules with prior notice to customers.
